ZZZZZzzzzz

At last- a behavioral goal that really works for Team MicroBucks10X! Turns out that we are champion sleepers and are bringing it home this week.
We learned from Jean Enersen that walking is a great way to prevent getting a cold.

It also turns out that if you didn't walk enough to stay cold free (sadly, that is me) it is possible to work out through the cold/ flu/respiratory crud that is circulating. Biggest loser success story for the week- for the first time in over a year I was able to wear the too expensive pair of tweed slacks I bought in the fall of 2006.
