It is amazing to me how quickly we can adjust to needing a workout. A few weeks ago, I was not in this routine and getting up early those first few days, or heading up the hill to workout after work was just soooo hard. But now, I feel like I am depriving myself if I don't take time to exercise. I ran/walked close to a 13 minute mile this morning, which is my 6 week goal. Work is so crazy right now that it's good to know that I'm exceeding a goal somewhere in my life :)
