Good news: I can sit down now!

On Saturday I did a lower body weight routine for the first time in (how long has it been since we ended last year's contest?) a long while. Suffice it to say that today is the first day I can comfortably 1. walk or 2. sit. Until this morning, I got around by sort of swinging my legs in the manner of John Wayne or a pirate with moderate scurvy.

Well: here we are again. I am officially checking in for GutBusters (I ain't afraid of no gut) and we are kicking ass. Just so you know.

Our goals:

John T: working toward a weight routine consisting of military-style push-ups, bench presses and other assorted tortures.

Col: running a 10k in 75 minutes or less & completing a strength challenge.

Jen: running 10 miles (bwahahahahahahahaha!!! we'll see.) in under 2 hours.

So, are you like, totally intimidated? I thought so.
