My team members are Lori and Stephen (our captain) and we are Scale Us To Win. It's good to be back in the competition again and I think this new team effort will excite all of us in a way that individually didn't happen.
Like my teammate Lori, I had a major change in my work life that ruined my best intentions to stay on course, eating healthier and exercising regularly. This year is starting out right for me by getting into an exercise routine that will work with my life and schedule. Also this year, my husband Chuck has joined the group which I thought would make for some friendly competition at home. Apparently Chuck is way too competitive, 80 minutes of cardio in one day!! What's up with that! It's a good thing he is out of town for the next couple of weeks otherwise I would have to find a way to sabotage his over-the-top efforts.
I don't know about you all but I like re-focusing my life around exercise and eating right, instead of the TV and refrigerator. Maybe after March 31st we might want to consider a second round starting in June and going through the summer. Don't freak out, it's just a suggestion.
