....and only 11 to go. I weigh in tomorrow, but unless I somehow fall off the wagon and eat in my sleep (a la Ambian) I'm sure I've lost at least a few pounds. I can tell by how my jeans feel....this, as Martha would say, is a good thing.
Four days of exercise, which is one less than I wanted to get in, but I also made a concerted effort to use the stairs when going from floor to floor in my office building.
My craving for sugar is significantly reduced, although I have to admit it's not gone entirely. Another few days and I should be ok there as well.
