Who thought sleeping would be tough?

In terms of winning a challenge, I just don't think sleep is going to be my strong suit. While I've been more willing to go to bed and not find mindless things to keep me awake, I just haven't been able to put in one 8 hour day as of yet. Not really sure it will happen this weekend either.

But I do feel I sleep more soundly since starting the contest. The 6 to 7 hours of sleep I get now is a lot more re-energizing than the 6-7 hours I was getting prior to the contest. I have more energy in the morning, it's much easier to get out of bed, and I have more energy during the day.

Agreed! I'm not sure how Brian is doing on the sleep thing... but between you and me, we certainly aren't contributing to the sleep contest here. Who has time to sleep with 3 kids to tend to, work, workouts, etc? It was a nice thought Jen, and a good reminder regarding how important sleep is, but not happening in our family. Maybe when the kids go off to college we'll have more time to sleep. Of course then, we'll probably have insomnia over the college bills :)
