Molly of Team Microbucks10x reporting for duty

Now that we are past those lovely miltary pushups and I've been to see the massage therapist for some serious assistance Week 3 is rolling along swimmingly. It was hard to beat my first milestone time on the run/ walk, but well worth the effort.
Team Microbucks 10X has conquered daily fresh fruit and lots of green vegetables and we are now up to the challenge of going alcohol free for 5 days this week. Amazing how that little glass of wine can take the edge off a bad day at work (can you say $1 short drip with free refills anyone?) but weekday abstinence just might teach me how to be reasonably cheerful and sober at the same time!
