I've always heard that you should get a minimum of 10,000 steps in per day.
Ever wonder what it takes to achieve that many steps in a day?
Today it took a 1 hr 45 min walk and two trips up 200 stairs!!
So the next test is a day at the office. Something tells me I even come close to meeting the goal without adding a solid workout to the day. If you're curious about how many steps you're logging daily, it's easy to measure -- just clip on a simple pedometer for the day and see where you end up. I found mine at RE.
If nothing else this provides a different kind of motivation to keep movin'.
